These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ink Tees Custom T-Shirts website and your purchase of our custom apparel and printing services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Artwork

When you place an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, names, or designs you submit, and that they do not infringe on the rights of any third party. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs; production begins after approval where a proof is provided.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide; final pricing depends on garment selection, quantity, colors, and decoration method. Payment is due as stated on your invoice.

Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed order after artwork has begun and/or merchandise has been ordered but not printed, the cancellation may result in an art charge for work begun and/or a restocking fee for merchandise ordered.

Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

Because each item is fully customized, returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. Please review both before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing services from Ink Tees, the Buyer and the Company agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
