Our processes have been rigorously tested and our staff is committed to making sure you receive products as designed and on time. We're proud to have tons of positive customer reviews — and while custom products often don't include guarantees, at Ink Tees we stand behind our work.
Customer satisfaction is our primary focus. If the customized products you receive differ materially from what was designed in our Design Studio, the products arrived flawed or damaged, or your rush order was late, please fill out our customer care form and one of our experienced Customer Care Reps will work with you to find a solution. Just let us know of any issues within 45 days of receiving your order. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for orders with free shipping.
